Currently, our platform supports 29 languages. We are actively working on expanding our language offerings to include more options in the future. Please reach out to us if there is a specific language you would like to see added to our platform.
Why was my audio recording rejected?
Your audio recording may have been rejected because our company strictly prohibits the use of profane language, rude, or explicit content. Each submission undergoes checks to ensure compliance with our content standards. If a submission fails to meet these standards, it will be rejected. Please note that the tokens quota will still be affected, as the checks are conducted after the audio has been generated.
Can I use the audio recordings for my social media accounts?
The use of our content on your social media accounts requires explicit confirmation from our team. Without this confirmation, you are not permitted to use the audio recordings on any social media platforms. This policy ensures the proper use and distribution of our content in accordance with our guidelines and agreements.
The accent of the audio recording is off. What can I do?
When you create an audio recording on our platform, you're given the option to select an AI voice. Each AI voice may have its own native language, which means if it speaks in a language that's not its native one, it might have an accent. Our platform offers a wide range of over 600 AI voices from different native language backgrounds. If you want a voice that speaks without a foreign accent in a specific language, you should specify the native language of the voice when setting up your recording. This feature allows for customization to suit your needs, or you can embrace the diversity of accents by leaving the selection random.
Why is the sound quality poor in some of the recordings?
The presence of random noises or changes in tone within some recordings is a known issue, stemming from the inherent complexities of AI generated audio content. We are actively collaborating with our partners to address these challenges, aiming to enhance the clarity and consistency of all audio recordings. As our technology evolves and perfects over time, we anticipate significant improvements in our ability to filter out any unwanted sounds or tone variations.
Is it possible to create custom voices for the audio content?
Yes, it is possible to create custom voices for audio content. While this feature is still under development, users can currently request the addition of their own voice by contacting the support team.

How is my payment information processed and stored?
All payments are processed using Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processing platform. Stripe maintains the highest industry security standards to protect your payment details. Importantly, we do not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
What steps do I need to follow to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription easily. Just go to our Pricing page and choose the Free Tier option. This will automatically cancel your subscription. If you need any help or prefer a more personalized approach, our Support team is always available to assist you.
Am I eligible for a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service?
